The Challenge
Zehra's Abaya Collection was expanding from Ahmedabad to new branches and needed one system for counter billing, stock across shops and staff attendance.
Shop computers and staff phones couldn't reliably reach each other over Wi-Fi or mobile data, and billing had to keep working even when the internet dropped.

Our Solution
We built Zehra's Atelier OS, a Windows and browser shop software themed in the brand's black and gold: fast POS billing with barcodes, GST and non-GST bills, returns, products with sizes and colours, purchases, customers with VIP tiers, branches and reports.
A companion Android app lets staff check in with a photo, PIN and selfie inside the shop's geofence. A secure cloud backend syncs every branch, and billing is offline-first so it never stops.
